How We Do It

Our project management team helps our customers with all of their large project needs, regardless of size or complexity.

When presented with a large-scale manufacturing or metal fabrication project, we assign an experienced project engineer to plan, coordinate and facilitate all aspects of production ramp-up and implementation. The engineer acts as a single point of contact for the customer, and is responsible for establishing timelines and all production planning.

Our design and manufacturing engineers use Pro-E, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and the latest technologies to design tooling, fixtures and check gauges for each project. Once all details are finalized, the project is then forwarded to our skilled tool and die technicians for processing.

The project management team has been a key contributor to our success and growth. Our project engineers work closely with our customers to ensure that all facets of a project run smoothly and efficiently from design to delivery and that all desired objectives are met.

We are committed to producing metal parts that meet our customer’s drawing and aesthetic expectations. We have invested in a wide range of advanced inspection equipment so our manufacturing sequences can be quickly and cost-effectively monitored throughout the production process

Our Virtek LaserQC machine provides lightning-fast measurements on flat blanks with accuracy within +/- .002 inches.

Our Brown and Sharpe Global Performance CMM has a working envelope of 48x48x30 and is ideal for checking 3D features on machined and fabricated parts with accuracy capabilities to +/- .0002 inches.

We provide an extensive array of services to help our customers with their inventory management and control needs.

Among a variety of approaches and techniques, we use the KanBan system, customized parts kits and specially-tailored inventory stocking programs to help customers improve their inventory turns, optimize warehouse space and reduce finished goods inventory.

We will design and construct returnable material handling carts for your fabricated components and parts kits. This streamlines the production process, as your products can be rolled off the truck and delivered directly to a dedicated production line for final assembly.

Our robust scheduling system gives us great flexibility, allowing us to fully support customers with ordering and releasing products. We also use real-time barcode labor entry to accurately track customer orders and expedite requests.
