Get to know Sara Eads, Sales Coordinator at The Metalworking Group (MWG) for 1 year.

Q: “What do you do in your role?”

A: “I support the sales team by entering sales orders, coordinating shipping dates and working with our customers to ensure everything is on track and on time.”

Q: “What’s the best part of your job?”

A: “I feel like every day is different and there’s always a challenge to solve. I like the flexibility of work and being able to help our customers.”

Q: : “What is your favorite thing about working at MWG?”

A: “I really enjoy the people I get to work with. Everyone is so friendly and personable that it makes coming to work enjoyable.”

Q: “What has been one of your proudest moments working at MWG?”

A: “I was very proud when I learned how to enter my first return sales order. The process involves a lot of steps so it can easily get complicated, and I had never done it before. Now it is a big part of my job.”

Q: “What do you enjoy doing in your free time?”

A: “I played golf at Mount St. Joseph University so when I’m not working, I like to golf with my boyfriend. I also like spending time with friends and family and supporting the local Cincinnati sports teams.”
